Weight loss

Chris is eating healthy and a exercising. He has lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. He only eats 1800 calories a day and exercises 30 mins a day, switching between cardio and weights 6 days a week. He also takes a picture every day. He plans on making a slide show after 3 months and then he is going to move on to a muscle building workout. I will post the slide show when he done. Oh and me, I am watching him.
